A Thankful, Young Emiress

The fields of gold. Truly an appropriate thing to say of the Qalasheen Harian realms. Fertility and wealth, and an eye for beauty. It was, admittably, far less poetic, now with the guests - locals and outsiders from furthermost verges of the continent - drunkenly slumping, sliding and slithering their way to the respective, humble homes, rooms and occasionally gutters, drained of their vigour and energy, looking forward to any future that involves a healthy bit of sleep and a quiet, somber morning, some with the knowledge that sobriety shall whack them over the heads in dawning hours like a tantrum-throwing olog. But it was a good ball, a happy one too, where friends rejoiced, hearts wove together, and some vile blood was spilled, too, all in the good health and boundaries of sanity and civilization, either terms so hard to comprehend for even some greatest empires.

And even then, as some more time came to pass, and the noon of further day struck with the clocks, the host of bold messengers - if a little more wobbly than before the reprieve of beverages, set out once again, carrying such a note, scented with Princess Kaia's lavender smell and a gifted bottle of wine.

"Once more, shokran (thank you), so much for your attendance, for your smiles and kind words, for your celebration of the day so important to me and my beloved family. In the name of our, our people, our own, I, would like to extend a special thank you and wish you just as wonderful an event in your own right. Shokran, rafiqi!"

Signed by her Royal Highness:

Emiress, Princess Kaia Kharadeen

{!} Here would be the royal Kharadeen family symbol

The young, Emiress, would've been sitting in her room. A frown clearly being visible as she spoke, "Mother, I truly just wanted to ensure that the common folk knew that Emiress, means Princess in the most used language." Her Qalasheen, thickened accent would continuously move on in her speech. "You were missed at the ball as well, mother." She now cocked her head to look outside. Deep dark gray clouds filling the stormy. No longer were the joyful times among the young Princess Kaia.

The decrepit priest gazes up to the Emiress and listens to her speech of gratitude. Leaning heavily onto his large wooden jangly staff, many different trinkets tied on with small cuts of string. He enjoyed the ball and party greatly, he had the chance to meet old friends such as Faiz Kharadeen, Arlen Kharadeen and Kaia Kharadeen. He also had the chance to catch up with them and was introduced to the new members of the kharadeen family, having helped raise one and guide on into the world. He leaves with a joyous spring in his step as he left through the two sets of gates that sit in front of the palace. If only there were more events like this throughout the realm.

A young Yusef would be confused of the role of the Kharadeen and the Kaneen families as he questioned if there was a difference between them, and who held seniority. He refuses to think on it long though as the young boy tries to meet his shawarma sale quota!

Reza Kovachev returned home with her friend from the ball.  The two children were giggling nonstop as they ran into Kovagrad.  Their clothes, covered in cake and icing.

Kaisa's eyes widen as she watches her mother from around the corner lift her cake-ridden dress, she slowly and then suddenly runs around the corner and into the next room. "Uh oh... I think it's time to go play with Reza!"
