San'Torr Orcish Housing Auction

In order to ensure fairness in the selection of homes in the new city, a sort of housing auction will be conducted. Homes may be paid for in two ways - mina or ingots. Starting price of homes are based upon size. The family sized homes must be occupied by a family or group of at least three[3] Orcs in order to ensure compact housing.

To Request a home, please fill out the following form. If you’re the only one to apply for a house, you will get it at the base price.
