[Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska 3491]

 

The Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska is a place founded on the ideals of Honor and Good, and it is with these ideals in mind that our great People do henceforth issue the following declarations:

 

1. We, the People of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, do recognize and apologize for our unprovoked aggressions against the Duchy of Courland while in the form of the Duchy of Carnatia.

2. We, the People of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, do recognize and apologize for the slaughter and murder of innocent Courlandic citizens and captive Courland prisoners during the Riga War.

3. We, the People of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska, do recognize and apologize for intentionally & deceitfully attempting to tarnish the name of the Duchy of Courland and the name of Courland before, during, and after the Riga War.

4. We, the People of the Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska do recognize and apologize for beginning hostilities and attacking the Duchy of Carnatia.

5. We, denounce any claim to the title of Courland.
