The Hileia League

 

The Hileia league is a pact formed from the formerly warring vassals of the now defunct Holy Orenian Empire. Formed initially as the Treaty of Southern Tahn, following the addition of the Silver State of Haelun’or, it has been reorganized and renamed with a title more befitting of its confederative nature: The Hileia League. It is a mutual defense pact born out of a desire to see an end to an era of vendettas, conquest and political decisions made out of spite, rather than in the interest of a stable, peaceful realm.  

 

The Signatory members of the League are as follows:

 

• The Federation of Sutica

 

• The Kingdom of Lotharingia

 

• The Warhawkes of Riv’vallel

 

• Silver State of Haelun’or

 

• The Dominion of Malin

 

Members of the Hileia League shall abide by the following terms:

 

To recognize a full mutually defensive pact, and come to the full military aid of each other signatory member of the Hileia league when one is faced with invasion.

 

• To not impose upon the sovereignty of any other nation, be it militarily, economically, legislatively, or culturally.

 

• To not interfere in conflicts fought between two polities which are not part of the Hileia Pact.

 

• To refrain from territorial expansion should it infringe upon the borders of other nations, unless otherwise provoked to do so within reasonable clause.

 

• To recognize that failing to show up in the defense of a signatory nation of the Hileia League will result in the absent nation's expulsion from the pact.

 

• To mutually ensure that each signatory nation has the full freedom to follow its own laws, culture, traditions, religion, and choose its own leaders.
