Not long since was the time of the Fifth Empire; such was a decadent institution, perhaps, but one that kept the lions in check and the scavengers away from Mans’ soft underbelly and kept all men, women and children with its’ borders safe from the threat of war on the homefront. Yet, such was not without cost - that is the nature of ruling, and one cannot give without taking; hefty taxes and violent reciprocation for rebellious activities had to be metted out from time to time, but can a man question the value of safety?

 

Arthur Jrent, half brother to John Ted the Third, of House Horen-Vimmark Staunton offers another solution; a solution for all man, seeking to reignite the passions and camaraderie that once existed - and furthermore to form an ABSOLUTE Humanity, that serves not the purpose of itself but the purpose of its’ people and their de jure Lieges.

 

The righteous Half-Horen extends his proverbial and literal hand of friendship as well alliance or trade to all who might take it, offering them the militant protection of the Orenian Dispatch Shock Troop (O.D.S.T for short) in exchange for acknowledgement of the Empires’ atonement for past sins and its’ since-discarded authorities; whose bases of operation range from their encampment in the barren wasteland of the Sutian Mountains to the Imperial State of New Felsen, which looms over the grassy gnolls of what was once the Savoyshima exclusion zone.

 

With time and the cooperation of men, the world might hope to see the terror, bloodshed and instability brought upon it by the dastardly Jacques de Felsen finally put to an end. Know that the remanence of the once-Empire and that GOD Almighty looks to you and prays for your swift and judicious deeds to reaffirm the Natural Order of Peace, be they a noble lord of Golden Lorraine fields, a swamp-thirsting Savoyardic Separatists, strong independant Courlandic screecher, or the since-extinct Raevir Extremists; for all are MAN, and all BOW before the LORD GOD ALMIGHTY.
