Hakon's Chosen stand amid the rubble of a recent battlefield between his kin and the half-men.

A Ser Hakon Ruric looks saddened to the marching halfmen to set upon his ilk within the Krag, high above from the cliffside.  He turns to his Chosen, the most loyal from his days of a Red Brother, Dreadlander, and Ashguard had rallied to his back in an attempt to reinforce the Krag.

"The half-men are blinded by their greed, only our absolute resolve shall best these demonic spawn back.. Only then may we truly stand united as the Living.  We march to save the last of my kin... you all have stood with me throughout the years.. this is my last favor I shall ask of you.  Help me save my little nephew."

He saddles his horse, motioning for his son Javier and the rest of the Chosen to advance forward towards the Krag.

A now well aged Ser Chilfroy would respond to the rallying call set forth by Ser Hakon. At the news, he'd don his armor and equip his blade, instantly setting out to join his long time comrades. Chilfroy would reign his horse over, besides Ser Hakon. He sat there perched atop his steed, with a stern look and resolute as the two looked out upon the surrounding countryside. He'd grasp his lance, holding it out perpendicular to the ground. At the tip would fly a pennon sporting the colors of House Ruric, flapping proud and gently amidst the breeze. He'd glance across to Ser Hakon, offering him a firm nod.

"Appears our job isn't finished just yet, beset upon by a new foe. No matter, we've faced worse odds... Now, I ain't getting any younger, lets get down there."

Chilfroy would chuckle, flipping the visor of his helm down and lowering his lance outwards.

Nikolai Rykov sighs as he hears of the almost-peace "Such a shame. The Norland people do not ask for much, and they have made effort after countless effort to make peace, all to be ignored by the Dwed. The Halfmen have made it clear that this is not a war to settle a grudge--rather, it is the aim of the Dwarves to subjugate humanity once more, and the people of Norland are the first to fall."

Zachary spits toward this man, helping to build the Norlandic defenses "If you think this is a war to subjugate humanity, you're an idiot. The Dwarves are settling a grudge, I agree this is unreasonable but you're honestly ******* stupid."

A large kha priest sits alone before his trident. The figure normally in a peaceful blue robe now covered in his Dwarven battle dress "its been a long time since tepah lifted a blade for the dwarves. Shame Norland just has to many people that Tepah can't ally with"
