The Kingdom of Santegia hereby condemns the Silver Sohaerate of Haelun’or, and thus eradicates the Silver Alliance.

 

I. The Reasoning

 

• Torturing and causing the death of ex-privy member of the Kingdom of Santegia and representative of the Silver Sohaerate of Haelun’or- Varen’thal Len’irrin.

 

• Failing to aid us as required by the bound contract.

 

• Failing to approach us, as required, to renew and once more examine the document outlying the Alliance.

 

II. Damnation

To the Silver Sohaerate of Haelun’or and it’s leaders,

 

Never has our beautiful nation ever seen such idiocy flow throughout an ally of the Kingdom. You have tortured and killed our dearest friend, and the representative of your state, Varen’thal Len’irrin, in a futile attempt to root out the dark mages.

 

If you seek to root out dark mages, simply look amongst yourselves and you will see puppeteer's of the darkest kind, and weavers of damnation. Your council member, Evark Evocress, is mad and has claimed to the late Varen’thal Len’irrin to have us all under his influence. Futile lies, in an attempt to scare us.

 

May your Sohaerate of the richest gold crumble as it did in the past.

Cenwall reads the notice with a mused look as he'd write back, sending a letter to Louis De Castro penned in silver writing and stamped with the official seal of the High Elven state.

                               It is of my dearest apologies that the Silver State had not upheld its contract and met to speak-- however I believe it was in fifteen years time... long in the future. We were dealing with the infestation of dark mage rats lingering in our caves who needed to be snuffed out. You see, your friend Varen'thal was a necromancer and even moreso as a representative of Haelun'or let them linger in our halls. He spit on the feet of our most revered, what we in our culture call our 'Maheral' and admitted to enjoy the killing an innocent high elven female woman-- a grave crime in any nation I would presume. Not only did he kill her, he and his wife bashed the back of her head in with a plank of solid wood, such of the kind you use for the bow of a ship. As for Evark Evocress, I can assure you the man doesn't wish to harm anyone who does not deserve such crimes upon themselves. Yes I admit, he is a soul puppeteer. However his guild heals and aids in innocent lives, people who have met trauma or are badly injured... a 'noble' user and teacher of such arts. Do not misconstrued it as anything but. I do apologize for not aiding you in battle as I was busy stabilizing my nation and had not had my attention aimed towards global politics-- a simple bird would have sufficed. Throughout looking upon the notice, he'll begin to hum before writing a reply. However not sending it off, he'll let it pass, flying within the wind for whoever will catch it.

 

"The first years soul puppetry was announced to the land as a dark art, being utilized for torture and malicious deeds, the prophet of the art however didn’t intend for this. The magical art was branded unfairly by those that used it for malicious deeds as that carries more weight than those that utilized the art for more prosperous actions.

Although it has fallen that Evark Evocress was a dealer for the dark nature of the magic, he’s turned towards the light and rebranding it within the city of Haelun’or to assist the nation's growth and prevail Haelun’or. All the associations locations around the city have agreed to this pact as we hold no taint, no corruption like many believe it does. We effect the soul in a graceful manner, a manner to assist individuals in what they desire or require.

We offer services of aid within trauma, services of aid for healing and services of knowledge.

 

People take the art and brand it as something spiteful whereas it’s something misguided being of a place between both dark and good. It’s the practitioner that utilizes the magic that should be judged rather than the magic itself. If you have a bad egg out of the bunch, should they be all counted as bag eggs? An analogy I myself have learnt throughout the practice of Soul Puppetry. I offer peace and well-being, not chaos and destruction.

 

Those that have branded the magic as dark should be conceived as evil themselves, unless proven to take the lighter path of the magic they’ll be met with a swift justice like it always has."
