To the Citizens of Caras Eldar

Small parchments come across the Dominion slowly, being handed out by a few mali alongside Azoth Hawksong himself. He nods kindly to you before walking off to continue do such. As you look down, this is what you see.

Citizens of the Dominion of Malin.

It has come to my attention that I have not been doing what I set out to do when I first found myself at High Princess Awaiti Aureon’s side all those years ago. I stand here today as your Lord Treasurer. As a loud-mouthed, openly aggressive mali with a flair for dramatic expression. I won’t apologize for that, lliran, but I will apologize for not properly focusing myself in this new position.

While I see all the gears of my administration I know now you all do not. You do not see the work I constantly do to establish a fair and balanced system for this economy. What you see are results, and none have come yet. That is why I announce right now that this is the final day of such a crawl of progression. No longer will I sit idle and content for the power politics of Caras Eldar. No more.

I do not retract any of my previous publications. I still firmly stand beside them and their intentions. But I will no longer place the State above those we govern. I am your servant, lliran, and I intend to be a far better one going forward. It is with this that I also announce the publication of a free paper with the aid of our Lord Architect, Emanaf Delsaran. We will aim to bring the People the truth and standings of the State so our population no longer sits in the dark. Change will come and you all we see it before it hits like a wave. This is my promise to you all. Together - as a People - we will make this Dominion the best Elven nation in recorded history.

Thank you.

A. Hawksong

Lord Treasurer of the Dominion of Malin

Carsandra gives a half-smile on reading this "Thank you Grandpa, I hope you forgive me for writing you that letter...just please be careful."

Moved to The Great Library. It shall be sorted into the appropriate category shortly.

If you feel this is a mistake, please contact myself or any FM and we'll restore it.
