Clay pit or air pit?

hello me and dj found a clay pit but we can't see it now, whats happening is it made of air¿

Did you forget to make a modreq to have it refilled? I'd refill it for you but I'm not a mod.. Though that adds to the question. Why can't we ET builders get buildreqs for things like this? We'd be alleviating stress from GM's and our experience with WE would make this childs play. I could fill that entire pit up in two seconds flat.
