Two additions I wanted to suggest that I didnt think to bring up earlier:

1. Running during PvP Countdown is an automatic forefit to the encounter, or running away from PvP Countdown means they must be tp'd back. This rule needs editing because people just run during it anyways to pvp, we need something that just controls and clarifies running cus I am personally tired of it.

2. "If the lore does not explicitly state you can do something, you cannot do it." Essentially a loophole closing rule. Naturally I expect people to be against this but it's necessary.

Enchantments are strictly forbidden in combat.

I hope this part is only referring to MECHANICAL enchantments and not ROLEPLAY enchantments. @Lumiin

Yup! We'll reword it in the next draft. Nice catch.
It will be reworded to 'Combat enchantments are strictly forbidden.'

That still seems like pretty bad wording. I feel many players could interpret combat enchantments to refer to IRP enchanted items made for the purpose of CRP. A better wording might be "Non-roleplay enchantments (like the kind you make at an enchanting table) are strictly forbidden" It's a bit more wordy, sure, but it leaves much less room for ambiguity.

I feel like the rule stating you cannot RP items you don't MCly have in your inventory is rather harsh. Considering some items are non-combative or inconsequential like a cigar or musical instrument.

Also with raids on the mind lately I think it's rather unfair to people to carry around a bunch of RP items if they want to use it yet 10 people with cleared inventories (thus no risk) can raid and instantly farm them for pixels (because 10 minimum for forced PVP, thus items become invalidated. Unfair risk for the defenders, zero risk for the raiders). It's rather assinine to lose such important things in mechanics combat which no one really enjoys or takes seriously anyway. I'd rather that rule be replaced with something like "the player must give up RP items if looted on death IRP" or something, but that's just my RP-oriented mindset. I don't like PVP or raids at all as they currently are.

EDIT: "Use soulbinds" isn't a valid argument either in my mind as it requires spending IRL money just to not get fucked over by pixel farmers. In the end you're screwed either way.

We talked about your first part in the chat, naturally we arent gonna yell at people about cigars and inconsequential things like that. If they WANT to have it, sure, but this moreso applies to mechanical things like potions, and the like. Which is pretty fair and important I'd say.

Would you say it's fair to have to hold these items MCly everywhere but then 10 people show up out of nowhere, force PVP, invalidate any advantage your items could've provided, and die to them while losing said items? Meanwhile the raiders brought only basic gear with no risk of losing anything important if they lost.

Only doable if devs and admins removed the stupid vip lock on renames and descriptions else only VIPs can make potion items. Lest someones going to make another plugin for alchemy??

@Lark Your gonna need to clarify that inventory thing my dude. Also if i'm helping out with a build does that make it RP cannon that my wheel chair bound cripple is doing S I C C tricks on a wood beam 20 meters up in the air that is only supported by a pillar of crushed rocks carefully stacked on-top of each-other?

Edit: Also is it RP cannon that i'm carrying seven trees in me pockets?

^^^^ My understanding was that we were going to get a new alchemy plugin at some point this map, or was that a brewery plugin? Either way, bring back the alchemy plugin.

To be honest I don't see why you wouldn't be able to root through your own chests during PvP, if you can escape long enough to go grab armor or stow something away, you should be able to.

As for running at the countdown, it makes for some boring pvp if only one party can fight. Running away should still allow you to engage in the pvp but only once the countdown has finished, the other party should be able to start right as they start running.

Moved to The Great Library. It shall be sorted into the appropriate category shortly.

If you feel this is a mistake, please contact myself or any FM and we'll restore it.
