DECLARATION OF WITHDRAWAL

By the Edict of His Majesty

Recent years have brought forth peace anew; mankind has found itself no longer in a state of domestic destruction, and righteousness has obscured the deeds of wrong. In acknowledgement of the newfound peace of this world and her diverse and multitudinous inhabitants, King Sigmar I has proclaimed that the Kingdom of Haense shall withdraw from the now-redundant Elder Alliance, in accordance with his powers as the uncontested sovereign of the Kingdom.
