To the citizenry of Hanseti-Ruska,

 

The Royal House of Bihar and the Duma of Haense wish to extend our condolences to all of the families and citizens so horribly affected by the ongoing struggle against the Vaeyl Order in the southern Yatyl Wastelands. It is with heavy heart that we admit that we ourselves have also lost some near and dear to us, murdered in cold blood or otherwise taken and never seen again. It is with this in mind that we call forth all of those who still grieve and mourn to join us in conducting a candlelight vigil in honor of the lost and the fallen. A great pyre will be constructed in the city’s main square, of which the onlookers may light their provided candles once the pyre itself is set alight. Speeches by both His Majesty, King Robert, Her Highness, Princess Emma Ludovar shall be given, followed by a prayer led by the Queen-Mother, Sophia Bihar. This event is to be conducted with the utmost respect, with honor being given to those our kingdom has so tragically and brutally lost in the pursuit to end the murders and conquest of the Red Vaeyl and their allies, or who have died in the pursuit of bettering our nation.

 

Those chosen to especially be honored, whether they were taken or killed within our time facing the Vaeyl Order, or simple dying in service to our kingdom, will be:

King Otto III Barbanov | King of Hanseti-Ruska

Queen Ingrid Sarkozic | Queen-Consort of Hanseti-Ruska

Elizabeth Amador | Noblewoman, Chamberlain to Otto III

King Sigmar I Bihar | King of Hanseti-Ruska

Wulffrey Skarpefanger | High Chief of Arberrang, Lord Boyar

 

It is asked that all in attendance conduct themselves respectfully and refrain from dishonoring themselves and the memories of those we have lost. Any misconduct or disrespect shall be met with swift removal or dismissal, out of respect for the mourners. The candles for this event will be provided by the Royal Duma of Haense and His Majesty.
