TJBMinecraft 821 Share Posted October 19, 2018 A Public Writ of Disownment As issued by Thomas William de Hartcold on the 12th of Owyn's Flame, 1686 The patriarch of the noble House of Hartcold, His Lordship, Thomas William de Hartcold, Baron of Pyrmont, hereby declares and decrees that from the 12th of Owyn's Flame, 1686, that Henry de Hartcold-Savin y Kharadeen, also known as Henry de Azcona, is from this day forth posthumously bastardised and disowned from the House of Hartcold. The reasons for such being: Kidnapping of a younger member of the House of Hartcold and holding them ransom. Attempted failed plan to kill the patriarch of the House. Betrayal of the family during a time of war, abandoning them and his people. And thus it is in light of these points which have been brought to the patriarchs attention that he is stripped of his name. Never again shall he or his offspring wear the name of de Hartcold and with it the privileges befitting a noble. He is not to be given hospitality or aid by any servant or bannerman of the House, nor any of those who bear its name.
