[Fixed]Continuety broke

Please answer the following questions to help us better track down the cause of a particular bug:

**Description**
When trying to use the continuety plugin to make longer emotes or descriptions for items, I found that it simply no longer works. The message is immidiatly posted, without giving you the chance at writing the second part of your emote.
**Date of occurance**
2/5/19 16:00-17:00 GMT
**In game specifications**
Am flemish, tested it on multiple personas.

**Steps to Reproduce**.

1. Type out first part of emote
2. Use continuation sign (in my case the -)
3. Notice that your message isn’t suspended for you to type the second part
 

**Expected Behavior**
The emote should be stored for you to write the second part of the emote or description for an item, giving you a small message above your hotbar that this has occurred.
**Actual Behavior**
The emote is sent off instantly, or the description of your item is placed on it instantly.
