TO MEND TRANSGRESSIONS:

A MESSAGE TO THE MALI’THILL

Lliran,

As Mali’thill, we must be able to discern RIGHT from WRONG in the pursuit of purity. There is no other race that can consider themselves better than us in terms of understanding the issues of our past, as well as what may hinder progress in our future. We are on a brink of TRANSITION, a time our consecrated eyes have not seen since the days of yore. When I was young, Kalenz Uradir taught me the true meaning of Maehr’sae Hiylun’ehya, as well as what we must do in order to RECLAIM our destiny from any rabble that may seek to sabotage it. From the words of the Butterfly, my ears have been blessed with the truth that Larihei designed for us. This truth, however, will remain forestalled as long as the framework of our relationships remains distraught.

It has come to the attention of our Blessed Diarchy that issues have begun to materialize between our CITIZENRY and our SILLUMIRAN. There is no single fault for this, as this directive is much delayed and due to that the problems have lingered and persevered. It is imperative that these harsh exchanges come to an IMMEDIATE cease. The Sillumiran have an absolute tenet of anonymity, and the citizenry has an absolute tenet of respect for that anonymity. For either party to break this ENFORCED concept will not be tolerated. Stupidity within the elves of Haelun’or will no longer beget complications.

Your Silver Council is VERY understanding. It is for that reason that we acknowledge the thoughts on both sides of the issues. The Sillumiran can often be IN THE WRONG. That being said, it is not the citizen’s immediate place to question their authority. We are not to add havoc to an already antagonized situation. Alaion Miravaris is a COMPETENT leader. He is your Okarir’tir, and unlike a certain Elrion, has the capability to be JUST and IMPARTIAL. Any concerns are to be directed to your Okarir’tir, or an Officer within the ranks of the Sillumiran. Sillumiran are required to direct a citizen to a ranking official if that individual has qualms with the situation at hand, but only after the situation has been dealt with by the Sillumiran.

The citizenry also has the potential to be harborers of ASININITY. If a guard of our city finds a citizen to be irritating in an unstable situation, they are to be FINEDARRESTED, or REPORTED to a Silver Councilor, most notably Alaion Miravaris. Do not use this power lightly, for it is bound to cause more cries of indecency against the military. If a citizen is being foolish, they will be handled appropriately.

To ensure the concerns of the Mali’thill are eased, the Sillumiran will be facing a constant stream of TRAINING in terms of responsibility, acumen, and strength. At the same time, a citizen will face consequence if they are to disregard wisdom for stupidity. Do not disappoint.

Signed,

OKARIR’SAN

Silir Uradir

Nehtamo, who is totally not a Sillumir, scans the missive, letting out a sigh of relief as he finished. He’d look around the area, to see no-one “Finally, the relations between Sillumiran and the citizenry can begin to be mended. I hope others will believe the same.”

“And my duties are made easier”

Silir Uradir sighs as he places the continuous stream of missives around the populated city.

Issues with the Sillumir? She knew some where dissatisfied when it came to complaints regarding attentiveness at the gates, but nothing else in particular came to mind. It’s good that the state is at least taking note on the conflict, for any imbalances in the rights of the people would most certainly limit the societies progress and health.

It really do be like that sometimes.

Uppori Visaj scanned the notice carefully, giving a cordial smile to the Sillumiran who often train nearby. “It is a shame that tensions grew, though I hope things may change with time. The Sillumir are often striving to keep us safe, I hope we try to get along and be kind to one another.” She walked away slowly, tending to the Tavern once more.

The Physican, if anything, finds this to be wholly outlandish. Perhaps she is bitter that her husband was ‘removed’, perhaps she is fed up with the Sillumir being overly aggressive at every little thing. She has no comment for this, not this time. She has no lack of trust in Alaion, only in Silir.

“Nothing we haven’t seen before.” Sillumir #066 said to his fellow comrades. “Onwards and upwards from here. I just hope the people realise the good we are trying to do for them.”

“The sillumir can once again serve to their fullest, with the help of the citizens.” Anarion says, recording his thoughts with his silver pen.

A disgruntled bird cursed under her breath as she shot a hand out, for something to take care of the spilt wine that was pooling and creeping dangerously close to her living room rug. Unknowingly, Aiera grasped a copy of the missive that her doting spouse had brought in to read later.

Evidently, he would be disappointed in her whence he found she’d used it to soak up the vintage.

Following a short spat about not using each others’ daily reading as a rag, Aiera Sullas set out on a stroll. It was eventual that it would bring her to another posting of the notice, and the obscure Mistress of Health took some time to squint it down. She rolled her shoulders, reminded of some unfinished business with Master Miravaris. Ultimately unbothered, the Elfess provided a great yawn as she ambled off.

Earnest scoffed, setting the missive aside as he stood by the kitchen counter with his cup of morning coffee. “This new wave of SIllumir are only continuing to cause problems,” he informed the sink in a disapproving mumble, before washing the dishes left discarded within it.

Fred rolled his eyes upon reading the missive in his burrow directly outside Berr'lin's citadel. He chuckled a bit at the absurdity of it all. "Words mean nothin' withou' some oomph behin' them. T'ain't nothin' in 'ere ta stop them Sillumirans from continuin' ta harass tha populace or ta stop them from threatenin' ta level ma home. Beggars in Llyria all o'er again, I tell ya."

Sulraell scoffed  ”The o-only good Sillumiran w-was Elrion...”
