HAELUN’OR SUMMONS THE ELVES

The 7th of The Deep Cold, 1745

 

 

The Blessed Diarchy summons all signatories and all relevant representatives of the Elven Tripartite to convene and discuss the recent gruesome events. The summit will convene in Lareh’thilln, the capital of the Silver State of Haelun’or, and we request the presence of the respective heads of state, or alternatively an envoy on their behalf. It is our responsibility to reaffirm our promise of preserving and improving the security and well-being of all Elves, and such shall the purpose of this meeting be. To a collective crisis and issue should only a collective response follow.
