Dear d’Arkents,
 

Listen carefully! We are in possession of Maisie d’Arkent. She is currently safe and unharmed, but only if you follow the instructions below. 
 

You will withdraw 800 minae from your accounts. Two people will be allowed to deliver the minae to our two people. If we suspect any more than 2, Maisie will be harmed. If we suspect any harm to come to our two people, Maisie will be harmed. If we suspect they are not carrying the 800 minae, Maisie will be harmed. 
 

You will deliver the minae to the square in Sutica. You will do it at the saints hour of 7 in the evening. You will shout something you believe only Maisie could know and then transfer the money to our people. Then you will leave. 
 

After you have left, roughly an hour later Maisie will be returned to Providence unharmed and untouched. If the directions are not followed, she will show up in pieces.
 

Be careful.

Certainly that place has a limited guardforce or no force at all, should be a simple thing to do such crimes in the square.." he'd soon pause after muttering to himself, scratching his beard in brief thought.
