It is with great honor that the Comital House Rourke and the House of Sarkozy announce the marital union of Lady Anne Lucia, eldest daughter of TRH Countess Halstaig, and Sir Victor Huges, youngest son of Sir Nikolai de Sarkozy within the coming year of 1823.

I. The Ceremony- Within the bastilica of the Ascent, Lady Anne Lucia O'Rourke and Sir Victor huges Sarkozy will be joined in holy matrimony to become the next Countess and Count-Consort of Halstaig. 

 

II. The Reception- As the newly weds make their way down the isle - side by side - the guests in attendance will be given the option to move to the Augustine gardens to mingle amongst the others

The streets of Providence bustled and buzzed with hundreds of passerby before a lady who was seated upright and with legs crossed at the ankle on a city bench. In the woman’s hands was a paper with headlines ‘A Suitable Union’ held high, obscuring the view of her countenance. She lowered the papers a tad—
 

In the distance she could see the church’s towering and pristinely white walls making ants out of all who dare look upon it. It was to be a fine marriage, a suitable one as the missive informed, yet the woman frowned for reasons unbeknownst to all but the conscious of her mind.
