With the open gate policy of the lower district it comes with great danger to our society and the preservation of our purity and culture. In order to keep the walls of the city cautiously open to outsiders to learn about the culture, it is our duty to maintain such despite all of the turmoil exhibited from lessers.
To combat the appearance of any foul intentioned individuals within the city, the Silver Council has organized a public beet farm near the gate of the lower district as a form of homosexual repellent against impure tendencies. The plague of lessers shall be handled how one should deal with any possible plague; with preventative and immediate action.
