KRUZAE ZWY KONGZEM

This Summons, issued on 10th of Gronna and Droba, 385 E.S. by the Crown and represented by Royal Jurist Aleksandr var Ruthern,

Compels the Aulic Court to call upon Justine to appear before it and answer the following charges:

402.01: The crime of intentionally killing another shall constitute a severe offence.

427.01: If an individual or group is convicted of attempting to commit a crime, they shall be issued a punishment equal to the punishment deserving of the actual crime committed.

Arisen from these circumstances:

Kaustantin Baruch insisted upon the arrest of one Justine in “The Stout Crow” tavern for the attempted murder of himself. Kaustantin claimed with certainty that Justine was the one who did knowingly poison him and has supplied a witness’ testimony to back his accusation along with a report from the Hospital of Saint Amyas stating that it was indeed poison that afflicted him and has led to the loss of use in his legs and could have potentially killed him had he not sought medical aid. After some questioning alongside the advice of the Chief Jovenaar, the office of the High Justiciar finds probable cause to summon Justine before the Aulic Court.

I swear the contents of this Summons to be true and accurate to the best of my belief before Godan.

Signed,

Lord Aleksandr var Ruthern

A glacial knight would laugh wildly, so proud of the young child! "Good on you youngster! Should aim for the heart next time though - then there wouldn't be this annoyance!"

A young girl, no older than twelve, gazed lazily at the summon. The so-called ‘murderer’ neatly folded it into fourths and set it aside, using a crimson needle as a paperweight.

“Oh, well.”
