It pleases the Savoyard Crown to recognize Our leal subject, ERNST BARCLAY, as a great servant to the Principality, and a protector of the Princely House. As such, the Savoyard Crown, with the authority vested upon Us by God and Our people, enfeoff ERNST BARCLAY with the BARONY OF FREIMARK, to hold and pass onto his legitimate heirs. He is trusted with keeping law and order within his holdings, upholding the rule of the ruling dynasts, serving the Savoyard Crown dutifully, and to raise his sword in defense of the Principality.
