SECTION IV

As We did state in the first Encyclical Letter of Our Pontificate addressed to the Bishops, Priests, Deacons, and the Laymen of GOD's Holy Mother Church, We 'recently' found Ourselves in deep meditation on the Sacraments in prayer with the Most High and made note of it that We had been inspired to pursue a change to the Received Tradition regarding prescriptions to the Sacrament of Holy Matrimony.

It is through Our Apostolic Right, bestowed unto Us through the Laurel derived from the Exalted that We decree that the Age of Majority shall officially be considered eighteen active immediately, strongly encouraging Our Lord’s Faithful to take this stance to heart and encouraging that those Canonist nations that have not already done such amend their procedures and otherwise associated rules in accordance with such.

It is with a hopeful heart and the blessing of the Lord Most High that We spread to the Faithful the joyous news of the official formation of the Fraternal Society of Saint Wilfriche, a clerical and monastic institution dedicated to the promulgation of traditional Canonist teachings of the Church Fathers and Saints.

During times such as that We find ourselves, as a collective, facing now We find it important to encourage Our flock to emulate both courage in the wake of temptation and faith in the love and benevolence of GOD.

Made Venerable for his faithful service to God, selfless dedication to his flock in his station as Francis Cardinal Albarosa and later Providentia and in his role as Prelate of the Priesthood, devotion to the faith and sacrifice in his pursuit of peace and justice.

Made Venerable for his faithful service to God and dedication to the Canonist flock at large throughout his tenure as High Pontiff, maintaining the peace between the Canonist realms, reviving the Ruskan Rite within the Kingdom of Haense and his initiation of the Azdrazi Inquisition.
