As of the 21st of The Grand Harvest, Year 69 of the Second Age 

revisied upon the  5th of the  Ambercold
 

 

As to the resolution of cessation of conflict between the ones known as Liluth Solros and  Esmeralda Guinevere de la luz, a supposition to abhor conflict between descendants where necessary, let it be iterated once more that the catalyst lies therein from refusing to provide their testimony to our investigators...  We can only go off the testimonies by the victims, and one cooperative party upon this litigation and investigation, which is an abysmal reflection of internal turmoil which should not be repeated once more, for armed conflict between brothers and sisters wishing for peace forsakes the guiding precepts advocated by the esteemed Late Princess Aylin de Astrea These individuals shall be prohibited on the domain of Elysium and its capital with a searing hope that an accord can be reached in equanimity. Nevertheless, we shall pursue no further banishment: beyond our realm, for we simply wish to be left in peace from the traumatic events of the past few years.   [!] This part appears to be scratched out and rewritten underneath . 

As of Year 69 of the second age 5th of the  Amber Cold, Our original offer of banishment was tarnished before we could act on it. Several parties came forward to renegotiate terms of banishment, and we, The sovereignty, accepted as it was the Late Heir's last request and meeting before she passed. We had wished to honor it well by going forth and turning a blind eye that we knew where Liluth Solros had holed up at. Upon receiving information from our allies and sources, we obtained a new light on what had been in motion within the darkness of our shadows. There was a caution placed upon if one were to go against the wishes of Aylin that there would be no more chances. No more slip-ups, no more forgiveness for the accused parties. From this day forth, Liluth Solros is officially exiled from every City-state, waterway, and vassal within the borders of Elysium for war crimes and treason against the kingdom. 

 

All holdings of Liluth Solros will go to her next in line and heir Oliver Solros if he so wishes to claim it. The Guinevere de la luz Holdings in Elysium will be handled without issue to Viktor Mondblume. Correspondence with the sovereignty of Elysium is made readily available to both Liluth and Esmeralda in the future henceforth. We would like to let it be known we do not hold the actions of the individuals against the clans as a whole and continue in the spirit of cessation of conflict, harboring a hope these individuals may find their own successes elsewhere and have a good life. 

 

Esmeralda Guinevere may petition for her family for their crimes of fleeing from an active investigation by writing to the sovereignty with a full explanation.

An Old Lady Stared down at the missive as she sipped her Cafe'y Leche, as she scoffed at the missive wondering what has transpired, though upon reading further she can't help but Chuckle a bit wondering if she was a fool for believing, having a slight hope things will change for the better. Though she Ultimately knew where the actions of traitors lead. Going above her own commanders, who told her to order them to appear for testimony, she instead prepared sweet treats and cafe, to discuss. Seemingly, Fleeing and Claiming fallacies are but a better strategy. With the Disappearance of the Rep. Of house Dolorem and The Exile of her Second teacher, and her original Commander as a Head Ranger and Decurion; she seemed quite sadden to see such outcome. However she wrapped the missive and placed it in the small crate as she took a sip and said

Liluth Solros sits on her roof reading the missive with a confused look. "They have actually lost their mind. What so called war crimes have I even committed if  Elysium is never in or is not actively in war. On top of that treason, treason of what? This all seems to be baseless claims to kick more people out of the city they do ne like. I should of left as soon as the Vanari started gaining more and more power." She makes her way down to her living room and throws the missive into the fire. "I have ne spoken to Emerald since she left Elysium in fear of her life, classic Elysium never collecting all the facts before punishing people. When will they learn their actions have consequences, but that is ne my problem. Maybe some brave soul will show them their flaws they are blinded to." The Elven woman wanders  out into the garden now to plant a flower for the Late Aylin De Astrea another dear friend to hers leaving this world behind.  "wait a minute did they say princess? How can that be when ne king was crowned and wildflower of Elysium is also ne a title."
