It is the will of the Duke of Vidaus that his beloved twin sisters, the young women Viorica Irena and Yetta Roza Barrow be raised to join the House of Ruthern in full. In doing so, and with the assent of the crown under His Majesty Karl III - The Duke of Vidaus does hereby acknowledge Viorica and Yetta as the trueborn issue of his own sire Lord Mikhail var Ruthern, Viscount of Greyspine and the late Lady Sorina Lorelei Luceafaru, former Baroness of Richtenburg. 

 

In doing so, he does see fit to cleanse them both of the stain of bastardy and in light of both women’s leal service to the House of Ruthern and the realm, does confer upon them the vas Ruthern name. It is his hope that together they shall continue to serve with utmost distinction to bring further honour to their family name.
