How to make RP Weapon?

My persona has just visited their childhood home and I had an idea where they retrieve there family axe, I want to create a rp item out of it but dont know how. Can some help?

Do /edit desc to change the description of an item, and do /edit name to edit the name - but keep in mind that you have a limited amount of tokens to do this.
