For a majority of the letter it is written in fairly neat handwriting until it comes to the signature which is fairly messy suggesting to a reader such as yourself that Bonk had someone scribe this for him, further evidenced by the writer adding some of their own commentary.

Bonk Needs Pigeons

Gather your feathery, bread eating friends for Bonk is in dire need of pigeons.

Lord Bonk, the 2nd, known for his time as the Underking, the hero that defeated the dreaded Under tyrant by using his wits and mythical strength (pushed him down the stairs once), the goblin who made the ISA quake in their boots at the very sight of him (so the goblin claims), father of one, the famed writer of the Bonkliration, the Bonk priest, friend of poncho goblin, wielder of the one true Undercity crown and the singular person who can quell the rage of the widely feared Dave (formally Bob) destroyer of worlds (who is a frog) requests you and your family to kindly gather all pigeons within your vicinity and bring them to Bonk so he can construct the greatest army that anyone has ever seen, the Great Pigeon Army. Already Bonk has amassed a great legion of trained pigeons but he requires more so he can complete his plans, plans that he says will be revealed when he feels like telling people. If you believe that Bonk will misuse such pigeonly power, do not threat for he claims that he will totally not use it for nefarious purposes, a claim that is reinforced by his many heroic acts across the years. In addition to needing more pigeon power, he is in need of generals so if you feel like you could lead a regiment of pigeon knights then contact him as soon as possible.
