Article II - Taxes A. The House of Whitewood shall pay 100 mina per year to the Shire to retain said land. B. The House of Whitewood reserves the right to levy its own taxes upon its land. Article III - Law & Governance A. The House of Whitewood shall have the right to create and maintain its own laws within its land. B. This includes the jurisdiction to maintain their own titles and nobility. C. The House of Whitewood shall have the right to create and maintain its own governing body to administer the land. Article IV - Military The House shall be granted the right to levy its own forces and form its own knightly orders, under the condition that they come to the aid of the weefolk when and if need be. Article V - Diplomacy The House of Whitewood has the right to form its own diplomatic pacts with other groups and nations for as long as they are not contrary to the interests of the Shiredom.
