Following the scheduled gathering of ritter and lance of the sons and daughters of Tylos, various topics of discussion were held;

Thus, it is discussed by the ritters;

 

• The Topic of Squire recruitment

A suggestion was offered to keep the relationship between the Ritters and Warband cohesive.

• The Topic of Ritter families

The Topic was brought up to highlight the needs some ritter may have for their families.

Thus, it is decided by the ritters;

• To recruit a Squire from the Minitz Warband a Ritter have express permission form the Warcheif

• Ritter may house their spouses and children within the Ritter Towers but will be taxed to the discretion on the Kastellan for the tower they are housed in

"The new requirement on recruitment will prevent the Order from overly syphoning recruits that the Warband might otherwise need. With the families of Ritter being allowed to reside within the Ritter Towers it removes the concern a Ritter may have of being able to provide safe residence for their loved ones"
