With fourteen years now passed since the prestigious Celia’sul Luci’lin, known commonly as Starlight Winery, was established, it has seen a history like no other entity in Celian history. The idea of creating a place where the few remaining Celianorians could gather has inspired the restoration of Celia’nor under Princess Illyria. Thus we declare our further goal,   ilMaehr’sae ilkun’ehya;   oem. The Celia’sul Luci’lin is not merely about wine - it is the very essence of Celia’nor. niut. The Vintners shall be educated in the history of Celia’nor, and multiply knowledge about it. hael. The Vintners shall be educated in the Celian culture and host events that strengthen it. vailu. The Vintners shall supply materials for the Divadri and Celia’diraar. vailu. The Vinters shall uphold the value of the Divadri and Celia’diraar and never talk ill about them.   The very meaning of Knowledge and Steel.
