As it turns out, the true taxes were the friends we made along the way!

Social tax slabs are tax slabs like the ones you use to pay for your homes, the way to get these are merely by being social within the city at which point one of our super-duper council folk might give you one to reward you for being a Lurinite. 

The council-members in question being:
- Lumia Anarion
- Jon Snowell
- Apollyon Snowell
- Orion Tsecar,
- Edvard Kervallen,
These tax slabs each account for 10 minas worth of taxes.
