In the aftermath of the recent events that took place two Saint’s Days ago, House Colborn withstood a perilous assault from the accursed Darkspawn. A vile company of a Gargoyle commanding a Ghoul sought to wreak havoc upon our lands. By the divine grace of GUD, Lord Erik Colborn, Reeve from the Scyfling House of Dhoon, and the courageous young Lord Siegmund Weiss, valiantly repelled the assault and successfully slew the Gargoyle. During their valiant battle, Lord Erik Colborn had been gravely injured by the wretched beasts, and with the help of Malkovya’s best Doctors and GUD’s will, his life is no longer in danger. Yet, the shadow of these beings persists, as they vowed to return for retribution with a cohort of evil. In response to this imminent threat, I hereby declare the following measures to ensure the safety of Malkovya’s inhabitants: Arms For Defense: Every resident of Malkovya aged 12 and above is mandated to bear arms when venturing beyond the inner gates. Protect The Young: Children aged 11 and below are strictly prohibited from venturing in Malkovya outside the inner gates without proper supervision Strength in Numbers: It is strongly advised that the populace travels in groups at all times, fostering a collective shield of security. Moreover, House Colborn reaffirms its unyielding commitment to stand alongside the Brotherhood of Saint Karl. We pledge our support to confront any Darkspawn powers foolish enough to challenge the sovereignty of our esteemed Dual Kingdom.
