These rumours seem to have emerged following the recent accord between ourselves, Hyspia, and the esteemed Silver State of Haelun'or.

 

We wish to clarify that the agreement in question was crafted out of a necessity to address ongoing concerns stemming from certain actions by Caelian vassals under the Silver State's jurisdiction. While the terms of the accord seek to mitigate these concerns, they by no means suggest any lack of mutual respect or cooperation between our Kingdom and the Silver State itself.

Prince Alexandros Casimir has taken it upon himself to oversee the construction of a significant defensive structure, aimed at fortifying our realm against potential threats, including darkspawn and other malevolent forces. This endeavour, which we will soon unveil as St. Lothar’s Hold, stands as a testament to our dedication to safeguarding our borders and ensuring the security of our people.

 

Let us also acknowledge the valor and collaboration demonstrated by our Crown Prince, Father Rhys var Ruthern, and Cardinal Vallorik. Together, they have exemplified our Kingdom's and the faiths resolve in confronting challenges and upholding our shared values.
