The Pact of Ice and Sand

Article I: Autonomous Zones

- Ravenmire and Iron Horde acknowledge each other's sovereignty and governance over their claimed territories.

 

Article II: Defensive Agreements

- Ravenmire and Iron Horde agree to aid one another in times of conflict, and to show up in times of crisis whether it be domestic or foreign. Both nations agree to work together to fight their enemies once they attack one or the other. This indicates that if there is a problem within a nation, it is the other nation’s responsibility to help rid them of their problem.

 

Article III: Non-Aggression

- Ravenmire and Iron Horde agree to not send troops to each other's nations’ in order to cause chaos, murder, commit crimes, or instigate conflict. Both nations also adhere to reprimanding and punishing those of which citizens fail to abide by this agreement as to not allow it to happen in the future. This agreement will result in the defense of the other nation’s laws by extraditing the criminals back to their home to be tried for crimes against this agreement.

 

Article IV: Trade Agreements

- Ravenmire and Iron Horde agree to each have a tax-exempted stall, should either nation decide to indulge in commerce. Each nation will be able to send a dignitary to the other nation with diplomatic protection so they may restock their shop, or ask questions about commerce between the nation. If asked, they may acquire another stall for a reduced tax price secondary to their tax-exempt stall.

 

Article V: Duration of Terms

- This pact will last until Duchess Meira Kervallen_Elmwood or Rex Klog’Gorkill’s resignation or death. The pact may also be terminated if either signatories break any of the articles stated.
