2) Auction Sniping; Last minute bids shall extend the timer of the auction by an elven week.

3) By making negative comments about the prices (overpaying/underpaying) you will be permanently excluded from all future auctions. The seller maintains the right to ignore bids from individuals for whatever reason.

4) Minas will be paid first, then item shall be handed over.
