A Denouncement of the Dreadlander Threat

"Heed reason," John Casimir echoed as he read the declaration, "I pray the Silasians will, for the sake of all." He wondered if there would be respite at all in the days to come. The shadow of war cast a long shadow, threatening to engulf great swathes of the realm. "Alas, reason is in such short supply these days..."

Field Marshal Cerrick looked to his Balian banners and looked to how they so readily betrayed their King and Queen who sacrificed so much for them "A pity, truly. The bravest state of them all, reduced to Ibleesian squatters." With that, he called for a messenger to send word to the Lords of the Dreadland

"Initiate Total War, My Friends."

"A wise response from the Regency of the Kingdom of Balian. I wholeheartedly agree with it. Ave Balian!" Father Marc said before signing the Lorraine, as he prepared for war.

"It is us whom are attacked! The half-elves of numendil came to us to fight, a poor plague riddened people, and they claim such is done in the name of god?" Mark Anthony spat upon the ground, "A cowardly lot, a lot whom shall be taught the wrath of god, for the meek shall inherit Aevos."

Nathannenel Eruedraith’s face hinted at a smile

“So there is some reason in the south. I pray that Silasia comes to the same conclusion that my once home has. War is not something I wish to see, but I will march nonetheless should I be required to. For my Creator, my GOD, my Tar. For Justice to prevail in these lands once more.”

He spoke, throwing some nuts and berries into his mouth from the day’s packed lunch.

There was a soft pitter patter of rain against the glass window mixed with the scratching of a quill against parchment. A light flickered upon the desk, casting a silhouette of a young woman. The door to the quarters was opened, a servant entering to lay the missive in the figure's hands. With a dip of her head, she thanked the woman before unfolding the parchment to read it. With a hum, Kathryn Virosi gently pressed the paper to her chest and looked to the dark sky above. "May the Silasians find reason and wisdom in their minds. May God make them remember goodness and virtue in their hearts. They know not what they have done... I pray the little ones shall not be hurt. My friends... What a shame it must come to this." With a shake of her head, the Virosi rose from her place of rest and took the candle. Her soft features were illuminated by the golden light in the halls darkened by night. With parchment in hand, she made her trip to the Archdiocese Archives. Mid-stride, the brunette paused as she faced the full moon shining through the arches of a grand window. The sound of her voice was just barely above a whisper, and yet it resonated off the walls.

"May God have mercy on their souls."

Robert Bloodsblade, A Man of GOD, a Silasian but first and foremost a Dreadlander frowned as a bloody version of this missive was given to him from a fellow Dreadlander, fortunate to have partaken in the battles he hasn’t.

“To Denouncd the Dreadlander threat?”

The man laughed a hearty chuckle, surely his fellow Men at Arms were joking, they weren’t.

“we’ve not existed a full day and yet they wish to denounce us, when all we’ve done is defend the land of our overlords, how ungrateful they are of true canonists.”

Earoslav Rostova had been counting his coins all morning, applying Earoglue to his mustache and filing his tax forums "Well the Word of the Pious are, woe to the enemies of God Allmighty, together in Godfrey we shall conquer, and in Owyn we shall pray" The Prince said tieing the cloth lid upon his Earoglue; he draped his robes stepping out to a new day.
