Corcituri are blessed with youth for the entirety of their lengthened lifespans, remaining as young and healthy as they would be in the prime of their race when first afflicted with their curse so long as they consume blood regularly. This is around the age of 21. Those afflicted before such an age will continue to develop naturally until such a time is reached when the curse will fully take effect and keep their physical bodies from aging any further. 
 

Whilst not true immortality, this grants corcitori the boon of living in their prime for decades, maintaining their stature, beauty and health irrespective of age. Further, the lifespans of corcituri are mildly stretched, increased by up to double their usual racial maximum. In this sense a human corcitori could live for up to three hundred years, and still retain the aesthetics and physical capability of whatever age they were cursed at. This longevity compensates for and overrules the lifespan shortening effects of blood magic.

Their lifespans are stretched beyond measure with each renewal of their marrows, allowing them to not only survive but also retain the aesthetics and physical capability of whatever age they were cursed at as ageless vampires. This longevity compensates for and overrules the lifespan shortening effects of blood magic.

Purpose:

 

The purpose of the Longevity ability at the time of Corcitori's initial submission back in 2021 - and indeed, the purpose of the Feat as a whole - was to serve as an accessible, widespread and often new player friendly route into the Silit CA as well as in carving out more varied niches for vampire roleplay than what the aforementioned CA could offer. 

 

The removal of Siliti some time ago, however, has since left corcitori in an awkward spot. In the case of this particular amendment: we are now reaching the point where a number of corcitori are over the hill and in the coming months and years will start dying off, forced to either PK their characters or be rid of the fundamentally (and, one would hope, character-defining) vampiric elements of their roleplay by becoming an unrelated CA to live on, many of which are granted immortality somewhat arbitrarily by comparison to the feeding-mandated, easily revealed and ever hunted corcitori. 

This situation has left the only remnant vampires on the server wanting, as not only are they arguably the most taxing avenue to longer life (which this lore doesn't propose to change; being a vampire should be a challenge still) but so too are they now the worst means by which a character can lengthen their lifespan, thanks to the 300 year limit not shared by other in-character means to a longer life.

This change, therefore, aims simply to emancipate older corcitori from a punishing PK system (including those grandfathered into it from past generations of the siliti and strigae) as well as reinforce the core theme behind this piece as it now stands as the last of its kind; allowing for truly ancient vampires to surface by merit of being vampires alone, without any dependence on an unrelated (and often feat-overruling) CA, nor the outdated CA paths of Strigae and Siliti the original lore was written to accommodate.

That would need to be a separate amendment, beyond the scope of this submission.

Whatever is in the current necromancy/ corcitori lore pertaining to this remains unchanged.

They can as some still are but after a "recent" amdement their extended life-span doesn't help them with the fast necromancy aging. My question was if becoming immortal through this would basically render you immortal to that but like Mordu said. It doesn't unless someone makes another lore thingy

+1, with Corcitura currently being the only form of vampirism on the server I reckon granting them longevity can simultaneously put them on par with other CAs, as well as enable the development of a more 'long term' culture within the covens, so to speak.
