Excited to announce the release of LOTC's official PVP server on the network.

 

To join it, type /pvp

Why?
Naturally, if you want to get better at something or wish to practice it, you'd want a private environment to do so. With a PVP server, you don't have to worry about gear or having to be TP'd back after death if you were to practice on the main server for example.

What about /beta?

Originally, beta was meant to be the place where plugins are tested by the community before they are put on main. It allows for a final quality check to make sure no bugs make it onto main. Though overtime players have been using it to practice PVP, which was not the intended use of the server. And thus, the PVP server was created.

What benefits does this server have as opposed to other options?

-Separate server tailored specifically to PVP and nothing else

-All in-house plugins that are used on the main server
-Custom duel plugin (Will get to that later)

-Ease of accessibility
-Reliable platform for any changes to our Surge plugin

What do I need from you?

If any builders would like to make either a new main area or new duel arena's, send me a message on Discord (@greehn) as our current ones are a little ugly.



Duels
Duels are exclusive to the PVP server and allow you to do as the subtitle says: duel.

 

Commands:
/duel [Player] - Sends a duel request to a player.
/duel accept [Player] - Accepts a duel request if one was sent by another player.

/duel deny [Player] - Same as accept, just inverse.

/duel menu - Opens a nice graphical interface. (Can you tell I love them?)

/d20 - Resets yourself.



What else?
On beta, currently I am testing a Soulstone graphical menu update to make it easier to understand and use. Please do help me out by testing it and giving me feedback.
