Greetings! I’m looking for active players to join the Kuruibi Horde as members of the Igarashi clan, Oyashimen people(japanese) that can be of any race. Here’s a brief summary:

The Igarashi clan was born on the island of Ihon, originally as lowly survivors amid relentless demonic attacks. Three founding figures stood above all: An Oyashiman dwarf, human, and elf—united to form the Order of the Three Hydra, which established the Igarashi clan; one head was of Strength, the other of Wisdom, and the last of Heart. This alliance of three distinct bloodlines grew into a small empire, ruling with dreadful tyranny and ruthless order around a small area of Ihon. Nevertheless, though harsh, their rule was quite cherished, as those within the empire found safety and utter peace. However, heroes from a rival clan—the Sugihara. They rose to end the Igarashi's wicked expansion, casting light upon their shadows. Desperate, the Igarashi are said to have made a pact with a demonic Oni, the Kagutsuchi, who cursed their bloodline to forever walk the path of darkness in exchange of a vile army and power, but all of this is a mere legend, never proven to be truth or lie. After a brutal conflict, the Igarashi were defeated, their empire shattered, with survivors scattered, becoming madmen hermits of the sort while others were trying to escape their curse.

Now, through the Kuruibi Horde, the dream of the Igarashi will rise again with a new evil empire on the horizon.

P.S Any Oni(uruk) would come from the lineage of The Kagutsuchi or some Oni that was adopted into the clan.

What we offer:

• Want to play a necromancer or undead? If not, we have connections with Naztherak and vampire blood mages, or voidal mages too, which would open unique paths for your character. While magics aren’t guaranteed, show dedication and friendliness, and they’ll come your way!
•  We’re a new and expanding group, so things are not quite active yet as we are working to establish our lair (hopefully ready in a few weeks). We aim to give every member meaningful roles and responsibilities—whether you’re a ghoul, darkstalker, or otherwise, you can still rise to command and be important. We’re developing our faith and military order with roles for everyone.
• No need to be ultra-active or overly always serious. We mess around and joke a lot, we are pretty laid back and not a chaotic evildoer group. Take your time, but help out when you can—it’s appreciated!
• We have several plots going on already such as with the Chambery or forest dwarves. Soon, to have more. So, you’ll have an easy way to join plots and start doing stuff. Plus, IC-wise, we accept any faith or twisted god as long as it isn't something that would bring disorder unto our ranks. I.E. Our characters would be fine with the Ibleesian ways if kept in check but will not accept the Ember law from Xionism as it goes against vampires and many other creatures allied to us. Our group aims for darkspawn unity than infighting.

 

What we ask:

• Your opinion matters —please be polite and feel free to bring up anything you may not like. We’re offering a new style of spooky roleplay that goes beyond just raiding. We know it’s challenging, but please be mindful and we’re always trying our best: don’t abuse lore, or “murder-hobo” others unless it makes sense in character.
• Responsibilities and magic come with trust. IC is always IC, but remember we’re here to build a narrative for everyone. Don’t join just to take power and then leave or betray us for no reason, especially for OOC reasons—it’s discouraging, and remember, it’s Minecraft, where we all put effort into this game and our characters! So, be respectful of one another and keep some sort of communication!!!
• Take the lead on your own ideas; you don’t need me to hold your hand. We have an open-minded IC approach, and my character will encourage yours to pursue their own ambitions, even creating your own coven with a unique aesthetic. You’re not obligated to follow our aesthetic. So, yeah. We’ll help you to create your own sub-group for the horde and have fun.
• Be patient! As I wrote above, we are struggling to get our own place. Hence, things ought to be slow for a while. We are not very chaotic, so don't expect raids 24/7 or extreme big activity. We are little people, doing little fun.

Should you wish to make a ghoul and backstory them to be a deceased Igarashi. Contact me on discord or here ( fooldude is my discord) or @Faerilien. Friendly reminder that ghouls can become darkstalkers or Draugur(UNDEAD caster) if needed!

 

If you want to make a mundane Igarashi and then work for us IC and see what would suit you best or if you want merely to get accustomed with our group, this would be your best option! P.S. Your character doesn't have to be a Igarashi 100%. Could be even someone with a connection to them in the backstory! Just dm me if needed.

This is an excellent group of players who are the perfect blend of new-player friendly and competent enough to handle the workload that comes with leading a group of players without making it too serious. If you've ever been on the fence about playing a darkspawn but don't know how to break into the community, these are the people to do it with.
