The Sovereign State of Hyspia is pleased to announce the birth of a Princess as the moon has long risen high into the sky, overseeing the denizens below. The Princess was born with a clear adoration for the world, swaddled within the warm comfort of her blanket.

 

She takes after her mother in which she boasts dark brown hair, and in taking after her father, she has eyes of copper brown. The Princess arrived to much fanfare, and was dubbed with the name: 

 

Her Royal Highness, Cataleya Valentina Loreta Catalina Angela De Pelear, Princess of Hyspia and Countess of Picona

 

The Crown asks the citizenry of Hyspia and its allies to extend a warm welcome to Princess Cataleya. A baptism will take place within the coming Saints days, in the Church of Blessed Francisco, to be overseen by the Alaric Bishop Altamarino.
