herein convened, on this 13th day of Godfrey’s Triumph, 2009 ɪᴍᴘ

With the signing and promulgation of this document, the
Kingdom of Hanseti-Ruska - Commonwealth of the Petra - Kingdom of Númendil
henceforth referred to as ‘the signatories’, do agree on their honour to the terms laid forth hereafter.

I. The signatories shall, pursuant to this document’s signing, summarily enter, into a defensive military alliance, wherein their kindred realms will labour, and march as one, in the defence of another’s realms, and kindred. In the event that a signatory party is the aggressing party, however, participation may be discussed as a separate agreement.

 

II. The signatories’ martial forces, will comprise their respective retinues, which are unified by the joint leadership & deliberation of their respective sovereigns & leaders when cause for joint ventures arises; presiding over warfare, training, sorties & martial efforts. No uniform, codex, or anything not enumerated in this treaty shall be imposed on the three retinues. 

 

III. An attack on the sovereignty of one signatory shall be considered an attack on aught three.

 

IV. Additional provisions will be enumerated & deliberated on in the eves to come, and amended unto the present treaty.

 

V. The Garmont Pact will last until such time as the signatories reconvene to negotiate new terms, or until their respective sovereigns see the end of their rule, requiring that a summit is reconvened such to confirm the continuation of the alliance.

He would soon construct a bazaar to enable trade within his country. After the economic dysfunction caused by the unlucky stockbrokers, led by Blihberkx Esterdlen, the failed krugkoin experiment known simply as $URK failed. Paper currency had failed ever since its attempt in Old Malinor, so the attempt at cashless currency in Modern Lurak did not bode well. Nonetheless, the Rex had more concerns than that of the Pinkiepiasts and their strange and countless dominions.

There were rumors that Blihberkx yet hid in human lands along with his insidious ally Goran Goldhand. Financial terrorism was growing increasingly difficult for the newfangled Rex to bear and it required his undivided attention.
