DESCRIPTION: Wood-Elf [Sand Elf] with Regal Adornments, Blue Eyes, and a goatee. Currently a wanderer and devoid of property. Likely accompanied by a flock of deceived cultists.

TYPE: Fairy and Water

LOCATION: N/A

WANTED: ALIVE, brought back to any Samurai for questioning and payment of debts.

REASON: The suspect is suspected of possessing ties to the Mountain Yokai Ō-Sanrō [Orsathiael]. Years prior to the recent continental catastrophe, Atemu-Ta and his flock disappeared into the Storm. As Ō-San waged war upon the realms of Braevos, Rathuma [the Pharaohs former territory] was mysteriously taken over from within. At the final battle, the Pharaoah re-emerged to spread dissent against the Dragon Patrons while bearing no combative equipment. It is also well known that Pharaohs and card magic go hand-in-hand. The suspect also owes 50 Mon worth of taxes.

A Geisha far away no more from Sakuragakure prepared her supplies to go on a hunt. She'd pin the missive on a specific tree where her students could read about the bounty. @_xMika@JoeyTheGhost

It was in her duty to slay any follower of the wicked mountain after all.

"Why didn't my bounty picture look that cool..." Laments Juniper. She frowns considering the poster once printed for her.

Somewhere, an old enemy of the toga elves broke out into a cackle, slapping her knee. She promptly framed a copy of the wanted poster, and placed it in her living room. Valindra grinned at the irony and readied her weapons for a hunt.

[!] A letter is sent to the Shugonate of Koyo-Koyuni bearing the Pharaoh's insignia and an image of a curved Eye of Ra. Upon opening the letter, the following is found written in plain text.

"Leh-iy Shugonate leaders,

This writ is little more than libel directed against the people of Rah'tuma for reasons that are unbeknowst to me. Firstly, you speak of a payment of debts, when it is known by every member of the Rah'mun tribe that our split for Koyo-Koyuni was amicable, mutual, and proceeded with an understanding that we would return to our homelands Kemet-Taw  to fight the advance of Isfet in the lands where Naseret once walked. Why you have taken it upon yourself to traffic in deceit, I do not know for the life of me. Perhaps you caught wind of my return - many years after the ruin of our old city, which I only learned about when my people returned from Kemet-Taw to an Isfetian wasteland in the place of our former home - and thought it may appease old interests to provoke a needless hunt. I have no interest in entertaining that. My people wish to exist peacefully and among the land, not in tension with anyone. If there is an offense that we have committed unknowingly and unwittingly, we will recompense for it.

Second, this charge that I 'returned' to stop an advance against the destruction of our former home is also mired in deceit. I have not been on this continent for decades, and you are well aware of that. If any so-called Pharaoh emerged at that moment, it was a deceitful illusion concocted by the Isfetian that destroyed the place where my grandchildren, and many other Rah'muns, were born and lived in harmony. What an offense to suggest that I would partake in the destruction of Ka most sacred. It is untrue, it is a lie, and I am willing to prove it in whatever way you seek.

To settle this score, I am willing to pay double - or triple - the amount you claim we owe, so long as you recant this bounty, admit it contains mistaken information, and allow my people to exist in harmony. I can arrange the payment to be sent through Chariot or bird, just say the word.

I hope we can come to an arrangement in the light of truth.

Sincerely,

Atemu-Ta

Pharaoh of the Nomadic Rah'mun peoples.

The ember-hued eyes of the Vizier of Rah'tuma, Elahern Tal, would scan the missive calling for the capture of his Pharaoh and the payment of a debt that he had not been made aware of by the Oyashimen. On top of this, they even deem the Pharaoh the thrall of an Isfetian being.

"Decieved cultists?" The 'ker spoke through gritted, file-sharpened teeth to himself. "Lah, Pharaoh would never bind his khnem to that of Isfetian filth. Well-known that Pharaohs and card magic go hand-in-hand?" The Tal asked himself rhetorically. "My clan has been at the service of all Pharaohs since the days of the Great Naseret and we have records of each one, lah Pharaoh of Rah'tuma has ever dealt in the arts of card magic." -- "Such words are an insult to the Pharaoh!" Elahern proclaimed. "I must see what our next course of action is." The Vizier spoke as he went to find the leader of the Rah'mun Peoples.

A long time serving priest of the Rahmun people read the bounty, his bored gaze reading over the words "They are giving Atemu far too much credit" The man then shrugged his shoulders, not giving this another care and simply going back to dwell in the silent night.
