[Amendment] Smoggers Weight

The weight calculation for smoggers being able to be used in combat makes it physically impossible to use any smoggers in combat. Assuming each gear stomach block is about equal to a v6 engine (This is being very generous, a v6 engine is still only about 2/3rds the size of a block, but it works for the grandfather clock analogy) a 2-block gear stomach would weigh about 900 pounds. This leaves 100 pounds for the rest of the chassis which is physically impossible, especially since smoggers are made from metal. This is using the assumption that the stomach is made of Ferrum, which the lore states should be the case, and it is not a completely hollow vessel, which I gleamed from the red oil volumes used.

The weight should be changed to general 'size' instead.

Previous lore:

-Mobile smogger mounts that are intended to remain functional in combat can not weigh any more than 1,000lbs without a MArt; the maximum weight for an Olog or horse. All mobile smogger larger than this (but still not larger than mentioned in previous redlines as requiring a MArt) such as caravans, must remain stationary or cease any current movement during combat, the only exception being during events where an ST-Actor has been consulted and allowed the use of these larger 'vehicles' during.

New lore:

-Mobile smogger mounts that are intended to remain functional in combat can not exceed the maximum size of a horse or Olog. All mobile smogger larger than this (but still not larger than mentioned in previous redlines as requiring a MArt) such as caravans, must remain stationary or cease any current movement during combat, the only exception being during events where an ST-Actor has been consulted and allowed the use of these larger 'vehicles' during.
