I'd like to see more ambiguity with magic. Like I'd like to see mystic be used more for good or have a sokar-based variant. I'd like to have seen tyrannical paladins, selfish corrupt templars etc

Shamanism, even in its current state.

Ever since the Agarthian bronze lads kidnap- invited me over in a sack with a blindfold and put me in their esoteric labyrinth with a inferi minotaur to navigate ive had a lot of fun with it, even before i myself became a shaman.

I was really iffy about animism when it first came out but its been fun, even for the most basic of rp interactions.

Overall i also find it amusing that so many simply dont understand it, it feels like im on a journey through the magic where even i learn new things every now and then.

from my personal experience of having played a grand total of 3 magics (insane I know), housemagery is the best. No crp  but translates the best in everyday rp due to the seer variety of how you can use it. It the one magic I don't wanna do without on any of my personas (an exargeration, not all of my charas have magic.)

if I had to choose a second best though, I do love a lot of the freeform qualities to blood magic, the way it allows you to dissolve just about anything into a mart

I've briefly tipped my toes into other magics, but Shamanism has been most fun.

I love the jank & freedom.

I love giving warlocks dementia and watching them beat up their own imps, make someone think they got rats under their skin or being petty and making a pious Noble forget how to pray & turning a racist high-elf green.

 

Not to mention bullying my now-colleagues at world-end events.
