There are a couple areas in the new system which I think may not work, but the only way to actually prove that is for the system to go into place, and wait and see. My biggest fear is that you have too many people, and the chain of command is going to be confusing for new dwarves who might be confused.

Also, why even have a King when he is useless now?

So bascially, he can only block decisions by the lower council, but the grand council will be able to do anything they want. If this isn't what you wanted, then you need to make that part more clear, because it looks like the King has nothing to do. All the king does is add regions, which is possibly the most annoying job. What it really needs is a set "advisor" position that can create regions, but this will probably not fly very well with the admins.

Also, there is not definitive place for someone to run the money side of the kingdom, I see somewhere where it mentions High Lord, which will run economics, but is not made up of the higher council. He will control the money side, and that itself could create problems.

You haven't been with in the making, this which you have stated is not true.

The king has the ruling decision, but it is strenghend by the Grand council. The need for king would be the same.

And the link that was given is W.I.P it only holds 70% of all the info, not all have ben added yet.

And what goverment is 100% without fault? The development is not yet finished as it will be changing to the better. But this system i am positive would work much better then the current one.

Well, decisions made by the Grand Council will involve the King so they won't need to be blocked. Basically, the council gives the guilds more control but at the same time, if the Grand Council doesn't like something, it can be blocked. However, this will probably happen very rarely.

As for whether it might get confusing, maybe it will at first but it will all become clear eventually. Putting it simply, the Grand Council and the King handle permissions, watch over the lower council and decide who we go to war with. The lower council exists to get newer players a bit more involved by creating more jobs and putting through more ideas to improve the Kingdom. There may be a much larger chain of command but it does at least succeed in getting more people involved, while the Grand Council makes sure that they're all active enough to hold important positions. Remember, that the King and Lord Marshall positions are being mixed together so the Grand King still has a lot of work to do. Also the advisors that you mentioned are part of what the Grand Councilors are supposed to do.

In terms of money, we're adding a proper merchant district and possibly some type of merchant guild in the future. As Thorik said, this is all a part of the first stage, so we'll likely be adding many new things in the future.

I'm all for this, I just hope that the new system will involve barons or overseers of some sort. I found it rather odd that just about every other nation has several expansions and projects outside of the capitol city and we do not. I understand that we should centralize our nation and make sure that we don't spread out too far, but this is redicoulous. Currently we do have a small fort near Wrath's Clutch, but should we not have a mining colony somewhere else? I understand these issues will be somewhat addressed on the new map.

Secondly I hope that all types of Dwarves are represented in the new system of government just as the high council represented merchants, the clergy, the miners/smiths, the nobles, and the military.

Edit: Oh and the new government system is says that the king will always act for the good of the people, but this can simply not be enforced. A king may have his own ambitions, possibly evil or greedy that should affect the nation as a whole. Having good and bad kings is part of the Rp, as long as the "bad" part directly relates to problems in the RP and not OOC problems.

They will, Read the doc. And yes there has been talking about mining colonies.

But we cannot do anything yet before im put as king, And the council is set up properly. But when all of that is done, Then we will surely do alot.

I also believe you should spread out the people picked for the council. Having several black axe members may prove to be unpopular with the nation as a whole.

This "Council" Is Consisted Of Who May I Ask?

Have you read the document? The High Lords and their representatives seem to be mostly from the BlackAxe family. Although it does make sence that his family members and friends would be in the government, as this is a common government practice.

I changed my comment, disregaurd it. May I ask how you will enforce the role of the lower council? It seems as if it may end up with a large amount of members and may be hard to enforce activity.

Read the Doc.

I did read the doc. Are you going to have an organized list of all council members? Will there be a limit to the amount of members on the lower council?

Well, becoming a Grand Councilor means you have to follow what the people want or you will be voted out by the King and the other council members. The Grand Council will enforce membership of the lower council by kicking out any members who are inactive or abuse their position.

You dont think having 10-20 people in a meeting room may become chaotic?
