I spend most of my time assisting and helping the Dwarves in Kal'Urguan and I myself have encountered these problems involing housing. Without the ability to attain housing people are being forced to move elsewhere or live on the Streets.

As an Elf my opinion may seem rather pointless but I have been a Remembrancer for the Lord Marshall for a while now and I have recorded these events and I see the new change in the current system needs to happen. In society every cog needs to be spinning so the other wheels can move and with our cuurent situation it feels like we are missing a few cogs and the society is straining under the pressure.

The idea behind a more spread system of power so it doesn't matter if the King is in Kal'Urguan or not is a great idea. I would vote for the current Lord Marshall to be king (Thorik) as he is regularly in Kal'Urguan soughting out problems and resolving crimes and also answering the questions of citizens.

The problem with housing was that I was only given access to the poor housing, and even at that I do not have access to all of those homes to sell. The other homes have their regions completely messed up, nor do I have access (Algrims fault).

I think we need a new king an' personally i believe thorik te be an excellent suggestion. I 'ave nothing against gortek but i just don't think he's done enough work as king. Change sounds like a good thing fer th' dwarfs

((I believe the council would work well if more members were introduced. The high council would deal with important issues such as inter-racial relations and the council members would deal with less important tasks such as assigning permissions thus improving the efficiency issues mentioned above. You are one of the inactive council members, that will not be in the government if a new one is made. Yes he has a busy life, he even warned me that something of this nature would happen. So Thorik should be King. And the system they have planned for the government will work a lot better than it does now. The council did not work when I was King because Xavier, Skeyane, and Lukas were not around much. Even when they were they never contacted me they would just do things. Except Lukas because when he did get on he did a lot for the Kingdom, and Xavier really did not have much to do. From what I know about Gotrek he would most likely support this idea. It is too bad that he is busy with his real life, because he would have made a great King, probably a better King than I was. Players like Thorik, Stronghold, Valen, Broski, Thordon, they are the dwarfs who are there for the community now. They are they players who should be running the government now. So I give my full support to this ooc. And Sand your not on that much to sell homes even if all the reigning worked correctly.))

I'm not inactive, I come on the forums everyday, there is nothing to do on the server when no one is a leader, including yourself, you never delegated anyone to do anything. You say you could not finish regioning them which is bullshit, you just don't know how to region because we asked you for two weeks to region them, and when you finally did, you messed them completely up, and never gave me permissions. You were a terrible "king", and you won't admit that to yourself. You really need to stop bringing up your failures in these posts, taking away from the main discussion, and proving that you are incompetent, thanks.

And yes I did mess up the regions, I'm not good at reigning I can admit that. You need to realize that when Belin was King you did a lot of things to get more houses, minas and all that. But that was the time when you would walk through Kal'Urguan and no one was their, no one except a council of people who recived their job because Belin wad friends with him, and on teamspeak. I tried to bring role play to the city, and help new players to keep them in the city. Ill admit I was lazy and we did not get that much done. Thorik, and Gotrek would be a better King than me. I never said I was good, so enjoy your last days in the government...

You never asked us to do anything, and you keep trying to have a moral high road thinking you were a great king, but finally you admit that you were terrible. Also, what makes you in position to keep bringing up the fact that I won't be in the new government? I have already made my own post, which if you ever occasionally read things you would see my position.

Hmm, Gotrek is a friend and mi' master. But....I must admit the smith guild has been stagnant without a leader..... I'm am loyal to Gotrek but, I think that with his constant travels ((inactivity)) I think that a new king should be appointed. The people's needs must come first and any loyalties I have must be put second in my vote on this matter. We don't want everyone to leave Urguan abandoned again so I say appoint a new King IF Gotrek is absent for too long. ((in ooc i think that he should post on This thread within a week to show if he is active or not. after that the high council does what needs to be done))
