Indelwehn also has the high merchant to help her with money and such. Also, are you leaving the ranger's? If not your loyalties may lie elsewhere when it comes to war if it ever arises. The issue has never arisen as Indelwehn is the first High Princess that did not acquire the role through marriage. SHE is the one who deserves to lead Laurelin and while that may give you a title, you receive nothing more in my mind. It is not that I discriminate or harbor any ill intent towards you, I simply desire to preserve Malinor's sovereignty. The way High Princes have been selected for the past six centuries has been through election by the council. He is not an official one, But has the position of... [[There was this like Elven lord thing, But never was used.]] Viscount. So a Sub-prince, TO fix relations with humans. Aerinyes 402 Share Posted December 1, 2011 I think it best to avoid any confusion about our laws and customs to our younglings as well as to other nations would be to change the title of those who marry those of the council. The title of Lord or Lady would serve an adequate purpose. It would indicate that said person is a noble in the Princedom. Nobles in other nations are usually land owners. The appropriate term for your office would be as High Princess Indelwhn's CONSORT . And as Ebs said, you being in the King's Rangers is already conflicting interests for many, seeing as how the elves are allied with the orcs, and Oren has warred many times with Krugmar already. Indeed, I am Human. I understand there's popular stereotype that we are " young and naive" and I respect in many cases this is the truth. However it is vital that all know this. All who know me will know that I have spent nigh-on all my days with the Elves. I spent roughly 20 years as a Druid, protecting nature and upholding balance. Doing so reminded me to keep a non biased opinion in all situations. I won't feed you an opinion of me, I'm simply telling you how much I know is true.
