Couple questions.

1: Are the donator plots for diamond/bedrock still going to be 50x50 and 100x100 on the new map?

2: Someone mentioned a while back about restricting building in the wilds, and having larger home sections in the cities so they actually seemed populated and such, instead of people running off, building a giant city for themselves and 2 friends, then getting bored and leaving an empty town forever. Any progress having been made on this?

3: In another part, it was mentioned how one could go from laurelin, to the temple, to oren, to the undead fort, all in under 10 minutes. Are there any plans to increase the travel time between kingdoms so it'll feel like you're actually travelling? Maybe have a use for some roadside inns to pop up and offer people a place to stay the night.

4: This is just a personal question from me. I really like how night is extended in the verge. Would it be possible or is it planned to extend the day and night on the 2.0 map? It's hard to RP when every 5 minutes the sun is either rising or setting. If days and nights lasted half an hour, or an hour each instead, it could make for some fun situations. Nightime banditry was fun when the server was young, and people actually went out in groups or stayed indoors til the sun rose. I'd like to see that kind of stuff again.

2. Yes. At the very least, you will see no ghost towns in the center. Out in the wilds, there may still be some.

Im wondering how will mining work in Aegis 2.0, will they be regenerated? Or will mines stay baron once they have been completely mined out? If so how will map corruption be prevented?

So are donator plots going to be transfered or something? and will I be loosing my hard earned stuff?

Instead of just killing some humans, the orcs will actually be able to conquer a region, basically trading most of the building rights. It will be much easier to determine where the borders of a nation begin and end. Exact details on this are still not clear.

If you're looking at methods of implementing this I suggest taking a look at the factions plugin, there are some features of it that I think would work well with what you stated above.

So the new map is coming around new year time? Just wondering.

Also I'd like to say that everyone who helped with this new map is amazing. This sounds epic and I'm sure it will be so thanks to everyone!!

I assume with donator plots you will get to keep your region in the new map but no what was built on it. You will have to choose where to build the second time. It would be terrible RP for a building to just transfer from one map to the other, and with so many donators it would just ruin the RP of the move

Will nation leaders be able to construct buildings outside of there borders?

For example, say if Oren wanted to build some settlements on what they believe, and claim, as there border? And then start build a wall to show there regions?

I really dont want to see huge cobble walls for any race :I

Also will there be a lot more abandoned temple for Daemons and Aenguls? I heard they will be having a more showing in the new map. Vaq posted it on the thread i was talking about them.

And if they are will players be able to become Daemon and Aenguls undead GM support or something? <----- Doesnt need to be answered if secret.

Only people with great extensive background to cover being that kind of power should be it. I think only 5 people have this trait. Period. Also good job admins loving this and I hope to play come new years.

Yes. And i think something new to reveal religions and stuff for the new world if thats not to much XD.

Religions will be fricken cool and cults as well. Cant wait to see Guild Apps for Cults.

All i know is that when Deltaro comes back from his pilgrimage to find a Daemon Temple he may dabble in that or not. But he will stick to Daemon knowledge lol.

To answe more questions:

Aengul and Daemon stuff is a surprise, but for sure no more players with special powers.

Any building with too much cobble or that is simply ugly will be destroyed by the Aengul of Beauty.

Donators will keep their regions, but obviously not the buildings on them.

Mines will probably remain hollowed out... but we have some solutions that we won't release just yet.

There are Wilds, and lots of them. They are not central, though. No more billion King's Road buildings.
