@Lilyiann and Laurir'leh The skype conversation Ebs mentioned only exists because it's faster than the document's IRC and all the messages are recorded. If you want to get involved with that (As that's where most of our discussion and decision making goes on because we can't add any more people to the forum private message) send a private message to Dio, myself or Brett with your skype username. If you have one, of course.

I do support this, though I feel it should be changed some as It conflicts with the lore a bit. Instead of having a predefined history, this can sprout up a new. High Elves are not anything special at the moment and something would have to trigger this to happen. They also will not pre-exist in the new map. That's my only problem with this. PS. It's not hard to find. ^^

Will applying for these high elves work like it's with Mori'cressir? Or will it be the classic app form (which i have casually already written, so I wouldn't have to change it much?))

What is meant here by applying? Will you have to apply to be a high elf, or is he/she refering to the magic portion?

Also, is there a forum about high elves with a decently constant stream of updates, because it was said on this thread that things would be revealed the next day, and I am curious where this info is. Aside from the wiki of course, which I've read, and consists of awesome lore. Good job guys and girls.

Edit: Just found a post stating that you have to apply for being a dark elf. The details were rather hazy, so I'm not sure if it meant the native Dark Elves or just the subrace in general.

Though, if you have to apply to be 2 out of the 3 subraces, we'll have a lot of wood elves. This alone kind of leads me to believe it will be special groups and such of said subrace.

The High Elf lore team keeps in touch over skype and several documents where one posts snippets and reviews some lore material that will end up in the world soon enough.

Right now, we're done with the preliminaries so it's mostly non-active, but I'm sure we will have progress discussions when the town is erected. You can be a part of those. We have an image in mind, but we want the city to evolve through means of RP only. This means that being active IG will make sure you can be a part of it.
