Gregory is an ex soldier seeking redemption and peace of mind from the horrors he witnessed and committed himself. He strives to help others, asking nothing in return. He is very open and patient; and uses his past experience to give advice and help others in need. However, he is no fool and takes no pity on those who try to deceive him or come up on him. As he is now in his old age for a human, late 60's, he spends his time in the forests around the cloud temple hunting wild game to bring back food for the new arrivals, and recently healed beings of Asulon. who were the Celestial Triumvirate?:Lord Tariel is represented by Lapis Lazuli and his followers wear a Dark Blue trimmed robe Lady Rellenia is represented by Diamond and her followers wear a Light Blue trimmed robe. Lord Keldrith is represented by Gold, his followers denote themselves to him by wearing a golden trimmed robe. A lost traveler comes to the sanctuary and asks, "Monk, where am I? and how might I find my way?" Gregory looks up from his book, smiling and putting it into his robes. Welcome friend, i Am Gregory, a Monk here at the Wilven Sanctuary. This is the land asulon, and the Wilven Sanctuary is where all come through after being revived by the monks. You are lost you say, well no worries. Here have some food and tell me a bit of yourself so i may better point you in the right direction" Gregory reaches in his napsak and pulls out a couple loafs of bread, handing them to the stranger. "here you are friend, one for now and one for when you leave us here at the temple. So tell me friend, what is your name? and where do you hail from?" Since the day he could walk, he made it his job every day to help the people around where he lived, never staying in one place too long. A bit of a nomad, he roams from place to place, helping who he can, when he can, lending the caring hand that's always needed. Becoming old, he's preparing to settle down in this new land, Asulon, hoping he can spend his final days as a Monk of the Wilven Sanctuary, helping those who, like him, have experienced what it is to be weary and tired from travel, and afraid of new surroundings. Aerlam is always very calm, and relaxed. Never biased toward anything, as a proper monk, he is good at offering a middle-ground solution to problems and always happy to help with them, if he can. He enjoys cooking for guests and having company during cold nights to speak with him about the new land that he lives in. Who were the Celestial Triumvirate?: The three deities of warship discovered by Wilven upon his arrival at the ruins. Lord Tariel of the Stars, Lord Keldrith, of the Sun, and Lady Rellenia of the Moon. A lost traveler comes to the sanctuary and asks, "Monk, where am I? and how might I find my way?" Aerlam, speaking to another of the monks of the sanctuary, wiggles his ears a bit. "One moment, if you will. It seems we have another traveler." He turns around, facing the traveler, smiling brightly through his fluffy grey beard. "This is the Wilven Sanctuary of Asulon." he says proudly. "From here, you can reach any of the four kingdoms by following the signs posted on the pillars." Aerlam smiles, "But you seem a bit tired," he says, looking at the travelers slouched posture. "Perhaps you might come have a rest in my home? I can provide you will food as well, if you please. We can speak about the land and we can swap stories, and I can provide you with information of the lands that you travel. Always nice to have someone to talk to." He likes the views of the landscape around him and feels a refreshing energy everytime he helps another. He likes the feeling as when the sun touches the wet leaves off a tree giving a nice glow onto them making them have a wonderful sight to see. Vallei likes helping people not just for the feeling that he did a good deed but so he can help anyone in any way possible he will stop what he is doing to help someone and thinks everyone needs a chance to be forgotten so he will help anyone even if they hurt him before. Since Vallei thinks the sanctuary is the place to be forgoten of worries and will help them at all that he can give. Kind, Helpful, willing to help, always understanding, does not mind work and will stop to help someone in need, easily agrovated. Kind: always nice to someone and will never be rude to them, such as: if someone asks Vallei a question he will not be rude and will always stop to help them. Helpful: will always help someone if they are in need, such as: if someone needs help he wlll try to help them in any way unless it is away from the sanctuary like another nation or a far town. willing to help: will always stop what he is doing to help others, such as: if he is farming for food he will stop to help lets say a small fight and try to stop it then ask them both what it is all about listen to both sides and then let them both walk away in different directions. understanding: Vallei will always listen to somene he will stop what he is doing to help them, such as: if he is just walking down the path and someone goes up to him asking for something he will always listen and try to help in any way possible. easily agrovated: If someone asks him a question that he answered already to the person he will get anoyed and maybe angry. he Might be a peacful creature but he does get mad at times. if someone constantly tries to agorvate Vallei he will get mad at him, Vallei will not fight or anything he is agenst it and all but he might give a small shout from time to time if the person continues. does not mind work: Vallei does not mind doing work he will help in any way he can, such as: farming, building, passin food out and willing to give someone a temp room to stay in for the night. <li>who were the Celestial Triumvirate?: Lord Tariel of the Stars, Lady Rellenia of the Moon and Lord Keldrith of the Sun. they had there own colour of the element they chose which gave them the colours of the robes they wear. <li>A lost traveler comes to the sanctuary and asks, "Monk, where am I? and how might I find my way?" If you perfer something else I can guid you to another nation if you like but i would greatly suggest to go to the (race) nation as you can make new friends and meet new people. Troy ◕‿◕ 6 Share Posted February 28, 2012 Monk's name: Cohen_Priestly Their personality: Cohen is a young humble kid, He was the first child from his parents and they abandoned him at the monk sanctuary on a boat down a stream, the monks had to take him in an raised like one of them he doesn't bother looking for his parents because he guesses they gave him for a reason why bother finding them if they never wanted him in the first place, He is a very jumpy kid he can never leave a foot on the floor for about a second. He has a very bad lisp every sentence he says you would possibly get a bit of sliver on your face, but he is very kind and always holds a tissue on him so he apologizes and wipes it of the persons face. Every time at night he lye's on the grass and looks up at the stars always thinking when he could go there and jump on those tiny little stars. He would also be happily able to lead any stranger to there destination dangerous or not and stranger to him is a new friend. To clear his mind some times he would sit on a lily pad and meditate, and what he just loves doing is to tickle people with his feather sometimes it just cheers him up with laughter, He never leaves his spot without his pet rock ((Button)) Cole, it is his best est friend he could ever have if he ever looses it he would skip everything he is doing and go look for it and if he cant do it he wouldn't know what life is any more his life would just be ruined. He is always lost in life not knowing why his parents abandoned him, He wonders if there was something wrong with him or if he wasn't even supposed to be... alive. In his opinion, incisions are to be made with the sharpest of blades and the slightest flick of the wrist; stitches and bandages are to be employed with grace and exactitude. He secretly takes immense pride in displaying, and even flaunting such skills, and enjoys working in front of an audience. Dáithí has a very neutral stance on morality and killing, and cares little about heroes, bandits, and whom kills whom. His passion is understanding the marvelous workings of living beings. He applauds those who inflict wounds with precision and style; those who achieve their goals (be it torture, death, etc.) with efficiency and skill. He looks upon those who would hack away blindly at another thing with great distaste. Despite his fascination with death and killings, Dáithí himself would never intentionally kill another person for any reason. Living bodies are significantly more interesting than lifeless ones, and can teach much more to anyone willing to learn. If avoidable, he also prefers not to use magic to heal others, but to do things the old fashion way with stitches and bandaging. This is not because Dáithí has any aversion to magic, but rather he is intrigued nearly to the point of obsession with the natural processes of living bodies and their limits. When he is not waiting at the temple for the broken and [currently] deceased to be delivered into his capable hands, Dáithí can often be found guiding the lost around Asulon as a product of his endeavors to study undamaged anatomy in motion. He will only talk when need, when someone needs help, or when someone talks to him. He loves to explore and find new things. He is very kind and helpful. He spends a lot of this time in the library studying, and the rest of it teaching people what he has learned of the world. Although he is near the end of his life he is still very active. When the sun rise's in the morning he has walk around the valley. When ever Karo meets a new person he always will write their name down so to remember them. when he first joined the monks he was only 21 years of age and very reckless. but soon after he joined he learnt that he should be caring and kind to people. who were the Celestial Triumvirate?: Lord Keldrith of the sun, Lady Rellenia of the Moon, and Lord Tariel of the Stars. His body shows he is young, but his personality and eyes show otherwise. Aqueon is very intelligent, and experienced with people. He handles situations well, and has sworn to his father to never treat another person in the wrong way. Aqueon was considered a traitor, by his own friends, and family as he deserted them, turning evil. Aqueon went through a long process of self cleansing, flushing out his entire past from his memory and attempting to re-live himself. He has turned over a new leaf in his life, going from a terrible, treacherous fiend, to a helpful, caring monk. Aqueon always attempts to bring joy to peoples lives by cracking jokes, and getting them to where they need to go. Aqueon is always ready to help anyone who may come his way, whether they are a terrible person, or a wonderful being. " Aqueon points with his opposite hand down the road, towards Salvus. " Follow this road, and take a left down the road, you shall find the beautiful city of Salvus. You may need some bread for your journey also. " Aqueon smiles, handing the man a few peices of bread. The man replies. " Thank you sir, I hope to see yourself again soon, farewell and safe beings. He is not scared of death, and has come to accept that the things that happen, happen for a reason. He is calm and will negotiate disputes to the best of his abilities.
