Why are you/your character starting this town? What role will it play?: Bandits and evil roam the lands of Asulon that are supposed to be safe, we, the Enclave will purge them and hope to bring peace to Asulon.

What type of political system is enforced in this town? Is this town under the reign of any other nation at this time? The town runs itself, there is no real political system as everybody is equal, there are only leaders. All the residents follow our belief of "The Light", that is enforced.

What sort of behavior will residents exhibit?

We are friendly to those who do good, and unfriendly to those who do evil, all of the residents follow our idea of "The Light", currently we have no relations with any of the nations.

Where would you prefer the town’s region be? Including a screenshot of the land would be nice. Co-ords; x-386 z611

Any other details: We will have a simple medieval style Cathedral, the members of our small community will live in the Cathedral itself as they believe that the light will protect them from any harm. We allow any race to be in the Enclave, as long as they follow the same path we do.

That is exactly what came to mind when I saw it. Though their lore or idea for their city sounds more like the Brotherhood of Steel
